About us
The Festival of Europe 2023 is a project of the Municipality of Florence co-financed by the European Parliament within the multi-year program of communication and carried out in collaboration with the Tuscany Region, Metropolitan City of Florence, INDIRE, European University Institute, University of Florence, Chamber of Commerce of Florence and FCR Florence.
The city will become a place for meeting, sharing and reflecting on Europe, its citizens and its future, making Florence a living-lab for communicating the values and policies of the European Union.
The Festival offers a 7-day programme of events dedicated to Europe to enhance active and democratic participation, by giving both the opportunity to participate in events and initiatives and to interact online to make one’s voice heard using the platform
The pan-European community that encourages everybody to participate in democracy.
