During the first part of the meeting, until 6.30 p.m., we will talk about aspects such as exam anxiety, accommodation, settling in the city and the afternoon will offer the opportunity to exchange anecdotes, opinions and stories.

From 17.00 to 17.30: Be.Long: live like a local! organised by Destination Florence
Presentation to the students of the BE.LONG project, developed in partnership with the Municipality of Florence, with information and services dedicated to those who choose the city as their Erasmus+ destination, or as a base for a long-term experience.

The afternoon will continue at 6.30 p.m. on “Students and accommodation: projects and good practices”.
On this occasion, the following projects will be presented:

“Casa Erasmus”, curated by Renzo Piano’s team and the GaragErasmus Foundation at the Lambro Park in Milan
and the project “HOME – Home of Mobile Europeans. Promoting Quality Student Accommodation for Erasmus+ Mobility”, by Politecnico di Milano. Results of the HOME project and the forthcoming volume dedicated to European good practices in student housing, developed by student organisations, higher education institutions, accommodation providers on a local, national, and European scale will be presented.

But there’s more! The Erasmus+ Space will also host a multilingual speed-date to get to know Erasmus students hosted in Florence and there will be space for musical improvisations with a guitar available for those who wish to sing or play together.

All events on 7 May are free admission!
